Shipping and Returns
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service. Royal Mail will aim to deliver in two to three working days, including Saturdays.
Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail will no longer ask the recipient to sign for items delivered. The recipient's name and confirmation of delivery can still be viewed at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.
If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us via email (info.hairssential@gmail.com), so we can look into this for you.
SHIPPING POLICY (OUTSIDE OF UK)
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail. For orders from outside the UK, delivery times are longer and can be between 10 to 20 working days.
If you have not received your order within 20 working days, please contact us via email (info.hairssential@gmail.com).
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that come with international shipments. These charges will vary depending on the destination country.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the condition in which it was sold. You must not remove the seals from the product and the packing must be kept intact. Unfortunately, at this stage, Hairssential does not offer free return postage. Therefore we advise using a reliable tracked postal service to ensure the product reaches us. To return an item contact us via our contact form.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. Therefore, we urge you to contact us immediately either via the contact us page or email (info.hairssential@gmail.com). Please include your order number and the reason for exchange/refund. We will aim to respond within 48 hours.
Once we have received this email we will require proof of purchase as well as the receipt of the return back to our postal address. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If we have approved your request, then your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
EXCHANGE
If your product is defective or damaged on arrival we will be able to offer an exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.hairssential@gmail.com and we will give further instructions.
Requests for exchange should be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

To get the best and fastest results, use the oil a minimum of 3 days a week and leave it in for at least 2 - 3 hours. If you only apply the oil once a week the minimum leave in time would be at least 5 hours.
Tip: Since the oil does not stain your sheets sleeping with it in your hair is a great option.Directly apply the pipette to the roots of the hair, ensuring that you cover all the targeted areas.Using your fingertips rub both hands together.Massage the scalp with warm hands in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions. Then tip your head upside down aiding the flow of blood to the head whilst massaging.Pipette a few drops onto your hand and rub together, then apply this to the ends of your hair.
We recommend using 8 drops a minimum of 3 days a week in order to get the best and fastest results.
While we designed the formula of the hair oil in a way for it to be suitable to be used during pregnancy by researching the ingredients thoroughly and taking into consideration the recommended guidelines on what is safe to use whilst being pregnant, the hair oil includes a total concentration of 1% of essential oils. Due to the incorporation of essential oils, we recommend checking with your doctor prior to using the hair oil, especially whilst pregnant, breast-feeding, or suffering from pre-existing health conditions. The oil should be used consistently for a minimum of 3 months to notice a difference with hair loss. Regarding scalp and condition of the hair this varies per person some people have noticed a difference within 2 weeks of using the hair oil.
The 50ml bottle will last a minimum of 2 to 3 months based on the frequency of use and the amount use. Some people like to use more than 8 drops and lather the hair which is absolutely fine therefore we cannot give exact time frame on how long the oil will last.
We recommend you store the hair oil in a dry and cold place and out of direct sunlight.
